We do not recommend dry scooping any product and PUMPZ should be mixed with the appropriate amount of water for the serving size.

When should I take PUMPZ?

PUMPZ is best used prior to a workout where blood flow, strength, performance and recovery are paramount. . Use as per the instructions on the tub, you can also stack this supplement with INFECTED or CROSS-EYED which both contain stimulants.
