Crew, these are a MUST TRY! Savour the rich and indulgent Caramel Biscuit Protein Brownies, each serving infused with 13g of protein. Perfect for a post-workout treat or a healthy dessert option, they're easy to make and even easier to love.

 

Ingredients: 

  • Musclez Caramel Biscuit Flavour, 3 serves 
  • Banana, 3 
  • Sugar-Free Maple Syrup, 3 tbsp 
  • Biscoff, 2 tbsp 
  • Salt, 1 tsp 
  • Caramilk Choc Chips, 10g. For topping (optional)  

 

Method:  Makes 6 brownies

  • Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius & line a loaf pan. 
  • Mash up your bananas in a bowl. Then add in your Musclez protein, cacao & salt. 
  • Slightly melt your peanut butter. Once melted add this into the batter.  
  • Mix until a combined, smoothy batter.  
  • Place in the loaf pan & sprinkle choc chips ontop 
  • Bake for 40- 45 minutes. Then let cool for 45 minutes 
  • Cut into 6 slices & ENJOY!
