Ingredients

• Unsweetened Almond Milk, 240mg  
• Musclez Caramel Biscuit, 2 scoop  
• Milk, 90ml  
• Honey, 10g 
• Biscoff Spread, 1 tbsp 
• Biscoff Cookie, 2 cookies  
• Sugar-free pudding mix, 1 serve 

Toppings (optional)  

• Biscoff spread, 1 teaspoon 
• Biscoff cookies, 1 biscuit  

Method -  Serves 2

• Start with your pint/creami tub and add unsweetened milk, Musclez protein powder, regular milk, pudding mix, honey & BLEND 
• Place in freezer for 12-24 hours 
• Add to creami holster and press LITE ICE CREAM for the perfect ice cream texture 
• Make a hole in the middle with a spoon and simply place 1 tbsp of biscoff spread  + 2 crushed biscuit.  
• Add to creami holster and press MIX IN 
• Add toppings  
• ENJOY
