Banana Bread Baked Oats
Sink your teeth into the undead deliciousness of our Banana Bread Baked Oats! Perfect for any time of day when the cravings hit, this dish is to die for—literally. Packed with protein and bursting with nutrients, it's the apocalypse-proof snack that keeps you going.
Ingredients:
- Banana, 2 large
- Rolled Oats, 200g
- Musclez Banana Ice Cream, 3 scoops
- All-purpose flavour, 0.25 cup
- Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder, 0.5 teaspoon
- Honey, 30g
- Milk, 2 cups
Topping (optional):
- Vanilla Yoghurt, 160g
- Honey, 10g
Method: Serves 4
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Slice up your bananas & grease an ovenproof baking dish. Add all your dry ingredients into the dish and mix.
- Add all wet ingredients into the dry mixture and combined.
- Evenly spread banana pieces. Using a spoon to press the banana down to ensure they are covered my the mixture.
- Place in the oven and cook for about 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Slice in 4 pieces and serve with yogurt.
- Optional – could add choc chips into the mix to create a banana bread choc chip!
