Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • Banana, 2 large  
  • Rolled Oats, 200g  
  • Musclez Banana Ice Cream, 3 scoops  
  • All-purpose flavour, 0.25 cup  
  • Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon  
  • Baking Powder, 0.5 teaspoon  
  • Honey, 30g 
  • Milk, 2 cups 

 Topping (optional): 

  • Vanilla Yoghurt, 160g  
  • Honey, 10g 

Method: Serves 4

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  • Slice up your bananas & grease an ovenproof baking dish. Add all your dry ingredients into the dish and mix. 
  • Add all wet ingredients into the dry mixture and combined.
  • Evenly spread banana pieces. Using a spoon to press the banana down to ensure they are covered my the mixture.  
  • Place in the oven and cook for about 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Slice in 4 pieces and serve with yogurt.  
  • Optional – could add choc chips into the mix to create a banana bread choc chip!
