• What is Horde Rewards?+

  Horde Rewards is our killer loyalty program, designed to thank our die-hard customers for their relentless support! Earn Zombie Coin by following us on Instagram, referring your mates, making purchases, and more. Use these Zombie Coin for discounts on Zombie Labs products and exclusive goodies.

• How do I join the horde? +

  It’s free to join, simply input your details above and you are in.

• How do I redeem my Zombie Coin? +

  First, log into your account via the account icon at the top of the Zombie Labs navigation. Add items to your cart, head over to the rewards page, and select the discount you want. Copy the code provided, paste it at checkout, and click "Apply" to see your discount. Note: Redeeming Zombie Coin might not be available during some sales periods like Black Friday.

• How much are points worth? +

  For every $1 you spend, you earn one Zombie Coin.

• How long does it take for Zombie Coin to appear in my account? +

  Coints for activities like following us on social media, signing up to our mailing list, or creating an account generally take a few minutes to process. For purchases and referrals, it can take up to 14 days.

• Can I use a discount code and redeem my Zombie Coin? +

  No, you can only use one or the other at checkout. Choose the offer that benefits you the most!

• How long does my tier status last? +

  You stay in your current tier for at least 12 months unless you level up by hitting the spending targets. To maintain your tier, you need to spend above that level within the first 12 months. If you don't, you'll drop down a level.

• How long do points last? +

  Your Zombie Coin are valid for 12 months from your last purchase date. For example, if you bought something in March 2024, your Zombie Coin will expire in March 2025 unless you purchase again before then.

• Can I use my Zombie Coin storewide? +

  Yes, your coins are valid throughout our online store, with the exception of our Stack & Save bundles located here. Zombie Coin can't be exchanged for gift cards.

• Is there a limit to how many Zombie Coin I can earn? +

  Nope! Earn as many Zombie Coin as you can!

• Is there a minimum amount of Zombie Coin I must have in order to start using my coins? +

  Yes, once you have hit $5 you can start using your Zombie Coin. Either use your $5 or build up your rewards $$$ for larger savings.

• How does Refer a Friend work? +

  Give $15, get $15 when you refer a new customer via your unique referral link. Your friend will get $15 off their first purchase over $100 (not valid with any other offer). Once your referred friend makes a purchase, you'll receive 300 Zombie Coin ($15 credit) in your Horde Rewards account.

• Punch Card Purchases +

  With Punch Card Purchases, you get rewarded based on your number of orders. Note, orders are only valid from the date of program commencement (July 29, 2024). Orders must hit a minimum spend of $50 AUD to be eligible. As a member, you'll score rewards for every 3rd, 5th, and 10th order you place.

• How do review rewards work? +

  For each order, you'll get an email prompting you to leave a review for the products you purchased. Earn 100 Zombie Coin for leaving a review and an additional 50 Zombie Coin for including a photo or video. Note: You can earn a maximum of 150 Zombie Coin per order, regardless of the number of products reviewed.

• Can I update the email address for my Rewards account and transfer points? +

  Unfortunately, you can't change the email address associated with your Horde Rewards account. However, we can assist with a one-time point transfer between multiple email accounts. Just reach out to our team at support@wearezombie.com.au.

• Terms and Conditions +

  Zombie Labs reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the program or alter the Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes to the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice to customers. If a customer terminates their registered account on wearezombie.com.au or if their account is terminated for violating the Terms and Conditions, all Zombie Coin will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Zombie Labs will strive to award Zombie Coin to all qualifying registered customers but is not liable for any unforeseen technical errors that may occur.
